1 How do I create an account? Does it cost anything?
It’s easy! At the top of the home page click the “Sign Up” button. On the next page that comes up click the “Register” button. Create a username, email & password and you’re all set. You may also sign in with your google or facebook account. Our service is absolutely free.
2Why should I create an account?
There are certain things you can only do after creating an account, such as writing and posting an article, uploading photos of your latest home improvement project, and full process shopping right from Homely. Also, save images you’ve seen and liked while browsing our design gallery!
3Can I find a Contractor through your site? Is there a fee?
Of course! Request a free quote on a project from a local contractor by clicking here or from within your account dashboard click on the “Need a Contractor” button. Our friendly Homely staff will match you with the right Pro for your project.
4I am unable to sign in. What do I do?
Click on the forgot password link and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
5How do I update my account information?
Once you’ve signed in, on your dashboard use the “update password” option, or click on “account information” to update your name, email or profile picture.
6How do I delete my account?
Email us at contact@homelyco.com with your delete request, and we will remove your account within 48 hours from the system. You should receive a confirmation email once this is done.
7I added a picture of my recent project. Why do I have to tell you if I hired a Pro?
Contractors rely heavily on reviews for repeat business. By letting us know that a Pro did your particular project, you’re letting others homeowners know how great of a job that Pro did.
